Everclip covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may not be accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items intentionally damaged after delivery
  • Products showing excessive misuse
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.


5. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If your order:

  • contains the wrong item,
  • has missing products,
  • or includes manufacturing defects,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs

We will promptly provide a replacement or full refund.

If your order has not entered fulfillment, you will receive a full refund.

Once shipped, the order must follow our normal return process.
